<p>The newly designed SSQV3D uses a “boost drive controller” for positive boost operation.</p>
<p>This new system can be used on vehicles which have no vacuum signal, such as diesel engines as well as conventional turbo vehicles by wiring into the accelerator pedal position or throttle sensor signal at the ecu.</p>
<p>An on/off switch allows the SQV to be switched on or off at any time. A trigger switch can also allow the activation of the SQV on demand.</p>

<p>Over the past 12 months Disc Brake Australia (DBA) have been successful in testing the introduction of a 10 stud hole pattern disc brake rotor to suit the Subaru WRX STi range of models combining two sets of PCD’s together on the one disc: 2002-2004 – disc rotor stud hole PCD (pitch circle diameter) = 100 mm 2005-2009 – disc rotor stud hole PCD (pitch circle diameter) = 114.3 mm</p>
<p>DBA have now combined both PCD patterns into one disc rotor.</p>

<p><strong>Construction</strong><br />
In the interest of universal fitment, unit size has been standardized at φ68×65mm. Fitment bolt sizes are M20-1.5P and 3/4-16 UNF. Filtration performance JIS standard is 25μ whereas HKS is 20μ making the Filter compatible with most standard engine requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Filter Life</strong><br />
Under normal usage, it is recommended that the filter is changed every 6,000 miles or 6 months. For Sports driving, the recommended distance is approximately 1/3 -1/2 of the previously mentioned figure (as the engine revolutions are several times that of normal driving). However, to maintain optimum low pressure loss properties, it is recommended to change the filter every 3000 miles when an oil change is performed.</p>

<p>Mishimoto has just released a new racing thermostat application engineered for the 2009+ Nissan 370Z. The Mishimoto Nissan 370Z Racing Thermostat will promote greater cooling efficiency throughout your engine. The Mishimoto Nissan 370Z Racing Thermostat is designed to significantly lower high engine temperature produced by modified and upgraded turbo applications.</p>
<p>Once the engine is fully warmed up, the Mishimoto Racing Thermostat will activate at 66º C while OEM thermostats do not activate until reaching 82º C. Opening at a lower temperature allows the coolant to flow through the engine sooner, both reducing temperatures and maintaining optimal engine performance.</p>

<p>The MINI Cooper is a smaller compact car designed by vehicle manufacturer BMW. The current BMW MINI Cooper was designed larger and faster than the previous models. The MINI Cooper and Cooper Clubman (Estate) bring style, comfort and performance directly to the forefront.</p>
<p>K&amp;N designed a performance boosting air intake system (69-2005TTK) for the 2007 to 2009 MINI Cooper 1.6L and 2008 and 2009 MINI Cooper Clubman models with the 1.6L engine. The 69-2005TTK only fits U.S. models at this time. K&amp;N air intake systems are guaranteed to increase horsepower and acceleration. Dyno testing revealed a 4.1 horsepower gain at 5300 rpm with this simple performance modification.</p>
<p>The 69-2005TTK completely replaces the factory intake housing and air filter with a custom intake tube that straightens and smoothes airflow to your engine and a K&amp;N cone air filter (RC-5144). The RC-5144 is a washable and reusable high-flow air filter designed to provide excellent filtration and performance.</p>
<p>Complete installation instructions with photo illustrations are available on KNFilters.com. A typical 69-2005TTK installation takes less than 90 minutes and can be done with common hand tools.
